Good morning guys! As you know, I was in Barcelona for part of the 080 and I took advantage and spent the weekend there with friends as one of them lives there.
Today's look is from the Thursday that I arrived in Barcelona. I left Seville at 7 in the morning and when I arrived in Barcelona I just had time to drop off my suitcase and rush off to the fashion shows, so I had to choose a comfy look but perfect to go to the morning shows in and that was 100% me.
After the first shows, around lunch time I had the opportunity to go to New Look hair salon that I'd heard so much about and was dying to try out.
I've already mentioned, once or twice, my "trauma" with my hair. I'm afraid to get my hair cut in a salon that I don't know and haven't already tried because several times, before opening the blog, they've left my hair in a real mess and many times I've left the hairdresser salon crying. You can't believe how hard it is to find a hair stylist that understands me perfectly and do exactly what I have in mind.
Since I had my hairncut in October I hadn't been back to the hairdresser and I wanted to get the fringe back in line, trim the ends and "repair" and error that I'd made myself. That error was that around November, to upkeep the natural summer blond tint I used a camomile spray for a few days and apart from damaging the hair, my hair has slight red hues that are hardly noticable and this product highlighted them a lot and I didn't like the result.
For those reasons I wanted to place myself in the best hands and relax in the hair salon without being terrified of the result so, as I'd heard such great comments about New Look I put myself in their hands.
To solve the problem of the camomile they used a matt blend which eliminated the red hues and added some subtle highlights to get that summer hair effect, very few highlights that are hardly noticable but add light, which is exactly what I wanted and I had the fringe cut a bit shorter. The hair cut that I like, an unequal fringe and trimmed ends to make the hair healthy.
You can see the end result in the photos and I've already told you how happy I am with it on my social pages. Without a doubt I'll be paying New Look another visit as soon as I go back to Barcelona!

  3. Oh dear, I completely understand you!
I've been having huge problems finding the right hairdresser and the one that knows/ understands what I want to do with my hair.
I have one hairdresser back in Croatia that knows exactly what to do but I can't be flying off to Croatia every time when I need a haircut/ hairdo. :P

Anyhow, you look beautiful and these bangs look very cute on you!

  4. Me encanta. Bonitas fotos.

    Besos mil guapa.
